updates are intended to keep viewers up to date with Alex
Vero's progress as a marathon runner. They do not reflect
the end documentary or which his own experience will make up

Here is a 3 minutes youtube pilot video of The Road to
Beijing trailer.
The video includes
interviews with Haile Gebrselassie, Richard Nerurkar, Bruce
Tulloh and Frank Horwill. It outlines the key areas of the
documentary which will be explored in further detail and
includes the hugely contrasting and inspiring human interest
stories of documentary filmmaker Alex Vero and exceptional
talented Ethiopian bellboy Mengsitu Abebe.

Commonwealth Games silver medallist Bill Adcocks
who's attitude towards running partially inspired
the project, 1983 London Marathon winner Mike
Gratton, author of 50 Greatest Marathon races Will
Cockrell and 80 year old Frank Horwill who founded
the British milers club.
